Uh, no, it's what you gave me in my email. So what's the secret to getting this stupid program to accept the registration information given us in the email receipt, even when typed EXACTLY like it? Also, we weren't given a "License name" or "Contact Name" in the email receipt. Even when I fill out both with the same answer, no go.

All fixed. You can only cut & paste the emailed info. Typing it in doesn't work. All good now, but I've never heard of such.
