The rss2html.php script apparently will not run on my server. All of the files (untouched) are in the home directory. Blank screen only, including buildURL.

I used your site's buildURL without trouble to create a URL that works fine, but when I replace www.feedforall.com with my domain in the URL string, it's a blank screen again.

Thanks for any advice!

Try running through our RSS2HTML Video tutorial:
http://www.feedforall.com/videos/config-rss2html.htm

If you still have trouble, please let us know.

Thanks, but as I mentioned, I already have your original files in my home directory.

I can successfully use buildURL from the www.feedforall.com website. When I try it from my server, the form is not presented. This fails:
http://www.santarosahistory.com/rss2html.php?buildURL

Using the output of the www.feedforall.com buildURL, I see this works:
http://www.feedforall.com/rss2html.php?XMLFILE=http://santarosahistory.com/test.xml&TEMPLATE=http://santarosahistory.com/sample-template.html&MAXITEMS=10

But replace the server name to my copy of rss2html.php does not work:
http://santarosahistory.com/rss2html.php?XMLFILE=http://santarosahistory.com/test.xml&TEMPLATE=http://santarosahistory.com/sample-template.html&MAXITEMS=10

This is a standard *nix server. I even tried changing permissions on the rss2html.php file to 775, wondering if it need to be executable. No change.

What version of PHP is your server using?

By default, the server runs "a fully-patched version of PHP 4." Versions up to 5.5 are available if specified in .htaccess (which I am not doing).

Hm... just so I can double check something, if you would, please email a copy of the rss2html.php file on the web server to support at feedforall dot com

Is there a file named FeedForAll_parse_Extensions.inc.php in your rss2html folder?

The FeedForAll_XMLParser.inc.php file is there. Everything contained in your .zip file is in the folder.

Not really sure what the problem is.

Can you try using PHP v5.3 (via .htaccess for that folder)?

PHP 5.3 worked! Any idea why it would not run under PHP 4? Several people in the support team at my ISP have tried to figure this out.
