What is an an AAC encoded audio file?
Enhanced podcasts are AAC encoded audio files that syncrhonize images to correspond with the audio content.
Currently there is no way to create an enhanced poidcast on a PC. Mac users can use the Chapter Tool, it runs on Mac OS X 10.3.8 or later - though 10.4.1 is recommended.
